This deck is a revision of Hotcakes, but instead of the punch being Launch Bay the payoff is X-Wing.

As with Hotcakes the idea is to draw most of your deck on turn 1 or 2 and then resolve a bunch of damage in order to win the game. In this version of the deck we're looking to spend 10 resources by the end of turn 2 to have 5 X-wings in play and win. Here's the breakdown of the cards included

Yoda - Wizened Master: Our only elite Character Yoda allows us to bring Blue, which is where most of our draw is coming from.

Rebel Engineer: This guy tcycles our deck to ensure that X-Wings are not the bottom card. He pushes them towards the top. When you activate him he allows you to look at the top 4 cards of your deck, just put the X-wings (if you find them there on the top of the pile when you put them to the bottom.

Anakin Skywalker - Podracing Prodigy: This kid rolls 50% Money. we need cash.

Double Down Extra X-Wing to push more damage, and an extra Draw card in Renewed Purpose. Additionally we need to spot a plot to play renewed purpose.

R2 Astromech This little droid is played because of his ability to ready an X-Wing. Our character dice are incredible at generating resources and at a cost of 2, bringing an X-wing back in is a sweet deal. Plus we can kinda tutor for him with the Engineer.

X-Wing This is the star of the show as we're looking to be resolving those X sides for 5 each at the end of round 2.

Adapt Yoda generates shields, this card will allow you to trade a shield for a resource. I want to have the money to play my cards in the first 2 turns.

Ancient Wisdom This draws 2 cards. Not the best draw card, but I'm limited by standard includes. I don't love this card, so it's on the chopping block, but at the moment it's the best available option (probably)

Fond Memories If people know what you're doing, they're bringing support removal. They're probably doing that anyway. Fond memories can get those X-wings back as well as make sure they're not your bottom card. Also this is game saving against mill buying you a little extra time.

Insight I love this card. It not only draws you 2 additional cards, but lets you push those X-wings up by placing cards on the bottom that are NOT X-Wings. This helps you to draw through your deck more efficiently leaving additional cards that you will not need to draw at the bottom of your deck.

Logistics I want to roll resources on Ani and the Engineer, but 2 is better than one.

Mobilize I have 3 resources often. In this deck I'm more than willing to trade a card for an extra resource.

Renewed Purpose This is currently the best card draw in the game, and that's why I want 3 of it in the deck. The ultimate in consistency.

Respite This card replaces itself and gives me the best side of a character dice that I didn't roll in this turn. Draw and Money? Yes please.

Strong Intuition I get to draw 3 cards, and discard a card I don't like, yep that's worth 1 resource. Bonus Nadar Vebb Art.

Truce Resource for a card. I've made that trade before. Especially good for generating for a pay side.

Well-Connected I get more resources that I need, and I give my opponent a card. I hate the second part but it's a necessary evil at the moment.

Opening hand: I want an X-Wing obviously, and I need to see some draw and money to get that started. Ideally, I want a renewed purpose, an X-wing, and a Truce. I also don't want to see Fond Memories in the beginning. or Ancient Wisdom.
