Note; this deck was created in the Infinite, and was strong. but now I'm trying to see if its viable in Standard.
Kylo is threatening enough even if you're not up against monocolored, a 50% shot at free 2 damage is still worth it. While he is the main target, slowly start to pile on upgrades to Palpatine. Even though this combination is only 3 dice, its still impactful, due to Palpatine having a Power Action for a free die, and Kylo passive ability getting in some free damage.
After some play testing, Solidarity was fine in Infinite, but because of the limited card pool this Standard deck might need to use Bitter Rivalry.
