Dooku brings consistency and damage, while Wat provides a steady stream of resources and access to red villain's action cheating.
Went for the cheaper weapons in order to reserve money for action cheating or to save up for Megablaster Troopers. Heirloom Lightsabers are there primarily to overwrite if Dooku is close to death. Quickdraw Holster just for added consistency when doing the action cheating.
