Fast and effective, took 3-1 in first FFG post-SOR tourney prior to a few tweaks.
Rebel = free elctroshocks and disarms from graveyard, and with overkill/jetpack you can potentially disarm their 2-3 cost upgrades.
rebel can also activate field medics from graveyard.
21HP and starting dice can provide plenty of damage. Enough resources turn 1 for a blaster + goggles or jetpack/overkill to add to the damage. Electroshock or disarm their turn 1 upgrade to set them back a bit.
Moisture farm is a safe bet, that way they can't pull any tricks on your with your own battlefield.
