Intention: A combo mill/damage deck. Unkar Plutt - Junk Dealer may die quickly, but if he can last a few rounds you can accumulate resources quickly enough to pay out for the supports.
NOTES:

It's possible I'm trying to do too much here. There's not enough milling here to be a mill deck, and there's not enough upgrades for a ranged deck, at least with the initial dice at start of play.
- As of v0.10, now named deck to "Outpost" to reflect switch from Docking Bay - Finalizer to Moisture Farm - Tatooine, elim'd many of the milling cards for a more streamlined deck. Now only interested in paying for supports like Slave I or upgrades. Still unsure if Astromech is necessary.
