I have been working a while to try and make this deck better since I think the character combo is awesome. Here are some of my thoughts and card choices. PLEASE comment your thoughts!

Card Choices

  • Obi-Wan's Hut - Tatooine, I still have no idea what to play here but this seems to have the most upside for me vs all decks except ePalp or a eMace

  • Ancient Lightsaber, simply awesome with high value characters. The dice sides are good until you need to pop it for the health or ramp to Z6 Riot Control Baton.
  • Force Illusion, auto-include for high value character blue decks.
  • Force Speed, why not it cost 0 and can speed you up or focus vaders dice.
  • Praetorian Guard, decent die and helps protect vader allowing less removal spells.
  • Vibroknife, pretty much auto-include
  • Z6 Riot Control Baton, awesome heavy hitter and good upgrade from Vibroknife before vader dies

  • Clash, works great as a slower force strike with optional removal potential. I find that if my vader die is going to be removed it happens as soon as its rolled in anyway, also this can turn the other weapons.
  • Doubt, free removal.
  • Enrage/Prepare for War, good early ramp so you can play a 2 drop and a 1 cost card.
  • Force Strike, auto-include for vader.
  • Isolation, basic removal that I like better than overconfidence and feel my anger.
  • Leadership/The Price of Failure, allows a second activation of vader, I think 2 of each of these is a bit much but I'm not sure if I like one over the other so I'm split for now.
  • Logistics, makes it worth it to actually resolve a resource side especially on turn 1 but maybe its over kill to run this and the enrage/prepare for war.
  • The Best Defense..., Probably the best removal in the game.
  • Trust Your Instincts, you only ever really care about rerolling vader and this replaces itself if you have to do it again.
  • Lightsaber Throw, the direct damage is great but I find a lot of the time I don't want to chance having the damage sitting around to cast this first so I'm at 1 of

Some thoughts/Cards I want to find room for...

  • More removal, I feel I'm a little light with only 6 hard removal and 2 guard
  • Imperial Inspection, this seems awesome when your getting multiple rolls from vader trying to reroll to the damage but space is an issue. I might drop the Enrage/Prepare for War to play this since I have Logistics as well.
