Do you like vehicles? Well how about a deck with the two best pilots in the galaxy? With Hera Syndulla's ability to play vehicles for free and Poe Dameron's ability to resolve a vehicle die and then put it into play, it seems like some good synergy, right?
Docking Bay allows you to discard supports and play them from your discard pile later on, recur Honor Guard, or simply play out a support cheaper.
Tech Team gives some economy, which can even be used to reduce a vehicle that's being put into play with Poe's special!
Lead by Example is a great upgrade for this deck because all of its die sides help further the deck's goal with damage, focus and resources. On top of that we have the ability to roll in a support at the same time as the character. This coupled with Wingman and Hit and Run help the deck speed things up a bit.
Rally Aid is a really versatile card that seems rather bland but can infuse the deck with a lot of economy if played correctly. If you save a vehicle or two for your last cards in hand, then you can guarantee that Rally Aid will hit one and help you get it into play at a reduced cost. But Rally Aid works on every card, not just vehicles! Got a Flank and Pinned Down in hand but no money? Hit Rally Aid and guarantee to remove that die at 0 cost.
It may well be that the Maz/Hera/Rookie deck is better, but this one seems like a fun, thematic deck that might be just what you're looking for.

I run a similar deck, but include recycle for money and partnership to action-cheat. So much Fun to play! |

Fun trick i did in my deck is you can use its a trap for specials and trigger all 4 of your character dice and u wings/y wings if u have any. Loads of fun!
