I've only used this deck for casual play. My goal with it is to generate as many resources as possible with Rose/Outer Rim and try to load up Obi-Wan and have him shred. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I would also like to know if this deck is viable competitively, I'm new to the game and haven't play any competitive games.

Ok, for starters, you have way too many high cost cards. More than a third of your deck is above three cost. You have some really good cards in there, and I get that you'll generate a lot of resources, but it's still too many. Here's a great article: teamcovenant.com I know this is a complicated thing to dive into, but it's worth reading and watching.
Secondly: Multiple damage types. It's not good. Obi is a great character, but it's not a good idea to have that Ranged and Indirect damage in there. Things like Black One, Resistance Bomber, Poe Dameron's Blaster, and Auto Cannon just aren't necessary. They're expensive and don't have the damage type you're looking for.
Thirdly: Lots of non-duplicates. You have 11 upgrades, and they're all different. Not great. Maybe 2 Obi-Wan Kenobi's Lightsabers, 2 Shoto Lightsabers, 2 Inner Strengths, 1 One With The Force, 1 Master of the Council, and one Rebellion Leader. No more than that. You probably want another copy of Reaping The Crystal, Leadership, Clash, Field Medic, and Mislead, so yeah all the events who can have another copy. For the supports, maybe go with 2 Suppression Fields, 2 Republic Cruisers, and a Luke's Protection. Swap Riposte with Ataru Strike.
