I think this is going to be the final version.

The battlefield issue was a big one, and, unfortunately there is no good way to gain control of the battlefield as a hero deck that doesn't use Rex's Blaster Pistol. So, I removed Across The Galaxy.

In that same vein, never having control of the battlefield meant only limited use of Aerial Advantage.

The solution to both of those is simple, but effective. For Across the Galaxy, I put in Attack Run, a card I didn't know existed before a few days ago. Hit and Run for vehicles? Why didn't you say so!

Then, for Aerial Advantage, I put in Outgun. I don't think Outgun was meant to be combined with the Firespray-31. It's scary good, getting to remove up to three dice for three resources on round two is gross.

Otherwise, the deck still runs as intended: Use Leia to put the Firespray in your deck. Tutor with Armored Reinforcement, then start your light tutor with Rebel Engineer to get the Triple Laser Turret and/or the R2 Astromech. After that, go nuts!!!

I made a similar deck for a trilogies tourney, but I used L3-37 - Droid Revolutionary and Gungan Warrior. I used the T-16 Skyhopper to tutor mods for the Firespray-31 - just make sure you don't have enough resources to play the mod on the T-16 Skyhopper. Another benefit of the T-16 Skyhopper is that it is a target for L3-37 - Droid Revolutionary when the Firespray is already full. I lived the dream in one game using Transfer to move mods to the Shadow Caster after resolving on Firespray-31..

I'm definitely glad it's worked out for you. I've made several attempts to get T-16 Skyhopper to work, and I just think it's a bad card.

From what you're describing, though, are you using the Skyhopper to Tutor for mods when you CAN'T play them on it? That way you just get them in your hand instead? That's definitely a unique way to use that card that I hadn't thought of.

Total tangent, but a T-16 Skyhopper with Systems Gauge on it is a pretty sweet on demand damage removal combo, not that that saves the T-16 from being a potentially bad card. There are a few ways to use it creatively and I hadn't thought of the trick of getting mods you can't yet pay for. I've been mulling over a hero firespray deck for a few weeks now and I really like this build.
