This is your typical villian mill that goes all out for discarding their hand with a few options to hit the deck occasionally.
Separatist Conspiracy seems fun and gives your opponent hard choices, do they want to give you your mitigation with a 3 card draw, give up their resources (that they already had to make a tough decision about with Nute Gunray - Separatist Viceroy) or just play into our win condition and discard a card from their hand?
The Idea here is to always be using the Count Dooku - Corrupted Politician Power Action whenever we play our first blue card each round to discard a card. Doubly good with Count Dooku's Lightsaber which will get us 2 discards upfront, then we're just hoping for (or focusing to) discard sides on the roll outs
All of our upgrades have multiple discard sides which is why they were included.
The main gist of the deck is to hit their hand hard every turn with your discard sides and actions, then get as many off the top of the deck as you can with Bardottan Sphere and No Answer.

I think I'm looking for Bardottan Sphere, No Answer, and a mitigation card.
Character Discussion:
I put Wat Tambor - Techno Union Foreman in here because he's on the picture of Separatist Conspiracy. That may not be a great reason. Additionally he is a leader though so he does ramp the power of the plot a little bit. He also has 4 sides we like:
- 2x 1 sides
- 2x both a 1 and a better 2
- 2 dead sides blank and 1 are both useless to us.
Watto - Stubborn Gambler may fit in better here though. He's yellow which opens up a bunch of other cards to us like Bartering that we can use to get them to draw some cards only to discard it right away since we're good at discarding. Additionally we get some more mitigation in cards like Entangle and In The Crosshairs. I like all of his sides and a 2 disrupt can be pretty good, especially when they're already resource starved. But he isn't a leader and doesn't synergize with Separatist Conspiracy.
